Our out of Pocket Fees for 2024 Per Good Faith Estimate Act of 2024

This section is for new clients in 2024 whose insurance plans we do not accept, or for those who do not have insurance and will be paying out of pocket. Existing clients will remain at previous fees from previous years, or your individual provider will consult with you about any changes to your current out of pocket arrangement. If you have been out of services for a period of 6 months your out of pocket plan is subject to change and match current fees. Insurance payments and/or copays are based on individual/family deductibles and out of pocket maxes. To learn more about what is covered in your individual insurance plan please consult with your insurance company. *NOTE* These fees are subject to change every 6-12 months in the calendar year, and will be updated here and in new client paperwork.

  • Consultations 30 minutes: $75

  • 60 minute intakes: $175

  • 60 minute individual: $150

  • 60 minute family/couple: $175

  • 45 minute sessions: $75

  • Late cancelation fee (sessions canceled after 24 hours or no show): $75

  • Referral letters for hormone replacement therapy or gender confirmation surgeries: $50 per 60 minute appointment or pro bono per GALAP (Gender Affirming Letter Access Project) pledge standards.
