MY STORY
Welcome to Identity Insights! I'm excited to be part of the team starting August 2024. I have a deep interest in exploring the mind-body connection, and I am passionate about integrating mindfulness practices to support individuals as they navigate trauma, stress, depression, and addiction. My goal is to help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and enhance overall daily functioning, while fostering a path toward healing and personal growth.
Education:
I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Colorado Mesa University and am in my final year of the Master of Social Work Program also at Colorado Mesa University. I am set to graduate in May 2025.
