MY STORY
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community and a social advocate, I am passionate about creating a safe, affirming, and compassionate space for growth and exploration. I truly believe you are the expert of your life and the author of your own story, and my approach is that of an advocate and a guide to aid you in the re-authoring of your life narrative through a journey of self-exploration and healing. My goal is to help you connect with your authentic self and maximize your potential. I enjoy working with (but not limited to) issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, grief, identity, and addiction.
My Education:
I completed my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University in May 2024, and I am currently licensed as a Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS) in the state of Colorado.
